Selection Procedure Of Royal Bank Of Scotland (RBS)

Once the application of an applicant is short listed, Candidate has to face the following.

1. Situational judgment Test

This test consists of 15 job related situations which have some challenges. You should be able to decide how you will react for that situation. The time given for the each situation will be 2 minutes and the total time would be 30 minutes.

2. Numerical test

Once the candidate is done with Situational Judgment test, he will be allowed to take this round. This round contains 12 questions and each question can be answered around in 90 seconds. This round will evaluate the candidates data interpretation skill, speed and accuracy followed by calculation or mathematical skills.

3. Logical Reasoning test

If the candidate is through with the first two rounds then he can under go with Logical reasoning test. This is some thing like playing with shapes with your effective brain. First question is alloted with 90 seconds and the rest are allocated with 75 seconds.

4. Interview

After testing your written skills, the employer will call for an interview. Once you are done with this interview, offer will be shared.
